SUNNUNDA | URAD DAL LADDU


WE NEED:

  • Urad dal/ Ulundhu- 1 Cup
  • Sugar- 1 Cup
  • Ghee- 5 to 6 Tbsp

PROCEDURE:

  • Dry Roast urad dal until it turns in to golden brown.
  • Let it cool and grind into a fine powder.
  • Grind sugar into fine powder.
  • Mix both sugar and urad dal powder,.
  • By adding ghee little by little make them into balls.
