Whole Week Meal Plan_ 1

I bought Brinjal/ Eggplant, Bitter gourd, Cabbage, Mushroom, Ladies Finger/ Okra, Paneer, Spinach. I already have frozen Drumstick, frozen chicken, Potatoes, Carrot.

Break Fast:

  1. Dosa/ Idli with Chutney.
  2. Wheat Dosa with Chutney/ Sambar.
  3. Rava Dosa with Chutney/ Kuzhambu.
  4. Oats Dosa with Chutney/ Chicken gravy.
  5. French Toast (Bread). 
  6. Avocado Honey Bread.
  7. Dosa with kurma.
Lunch:
We Serve Every Dish mentioned here with Rice. Rice is Staple food for South Indians. 
  1. Ladies Finger/ Okra Sambar with Bitter gourd Stir Fry
  2. Brinjal& Drumstick Kuzhambu/ Pulusu with Carrot/Cabbage Stir Fry or Cabbage Kootu.
  3. Chicken Gravy+ Egg Fry+ Rasam OR Onion Tomato Sambar+ Chicken Fry.
  4. Spinach& Coriander Rice with Potato Stir Fry.
  5. Roti with Paneer Gravy.
  6. Cabbage Kootu with Capsicum/ Mushroom Stir Fry.
  7. Fish kuzhambu/ Pulusu+ Fish Fry+ Egg Mirim.
Dinner:
