French Fries | Potato wedges

DRUMSTICK LEAVES SOUP/ MORINGA SOUP/ MURUNGAI KEERAI SOUP


WE NEED:
  • Moringa leaves- 1 pack
  • Oil- 1 Tbsp
  • Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  • Cumin- 1 tsp
  • Onion(chopped)- 1/4 Cup
  • Ginger(Crushed)-  1 tsp
  • Garlic(chopped)- 2 pods
  • Water- 3 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder- 1 Tbsp
HOW WE DO IT:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard and cumin.
  • Add in finely chopped onion, crushed ginger and garlic. Saute until the onions turns transparent.
  • Add in water and salt, let the water starts to boil, add in moringa leaves, Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. 
  • Add in black pepper powder and serve.
Enjoy the delicious and healthy moringa leaves soup.
