- Moringa leaves- 1 pack
- Oil- 1 Tbsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Cumin- 1 tsp
- Onion(chopped)- 1/4 Cup
- Ginger(Crushed)- 1 tsp
- Garlic(chopped)- 2 pods
- Water- 3 cups
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder- 1 Tbsp
HOW WE DO IT:
- Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard and cumin.
- Add in finely chopped onion, crushed ginger and garlic. Saute until the onions turns transparent.
- Add in water and salt, let the water starts to boil, add in moringa leaves, Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in black pepper powder and serve.
Enjoy the delicious and healthy moringa leaves soup.
