Potatoes in Spinach gravy


    Preparation:
    1. Grind Spinach(2 cups), Coriander leaves(fist full), Cumin seeds(1tbsp), Garlic pods(4 to 5).
    2. Boil potatoes.
    3. Chop onions(1 medium), tomatoes(2 medium). 
    Procedure:
    • Heat oil in a pan, add in Cardamom(1 inch stick), cloves(3 no.), Cardamom(3 no.), Bay leaf(2 no.), Add in chopped onions and salt to cook it early.
    • Add in tomatoes once the onions turns transparent. 


    • Add in turmeric powder, coriander powder(2 tbsp), red chilli powder(2 tbsp). 

     
    • Mix well cook until oil separates. 

    • Add in the blended mixture to the gravy. 

    • Mix well, cook until there is no more raw smell. 


    • Add in the boiled and chopped potatoes. 


    • Mix well and cook until the oil appears in the corners of the pan. 


    •  Enjoy the delicious potatoes in spinach gravy with hot rice and ghee on it.
