Mysore Palk


  1. Mix Besan flour(1 cup), heated ghee(1/2 cup) and a pinch of salt well. Make sure that it dont have lumps by filtering it.
  2. Take a hot pan add 1/2 cup water and 1 cup sugar, boil well until 1 string consistency. then add besan flour stir well. 
  3. Add in the melted hot ghee little by little, keep on stirring until the besan mix doesnt stick to the pan.
  4. Pour it in the greased pan cut it while it is warm. Then only you can able to cut. once it cools down you cant cut.
  5. Enjoy the delicious mysore palk.
