- Mix Besan flour(1 cup), heated ghee(1/2 cup) and a pinch of salt well. Make sure that it dont have lumps by filtering it.
- Take a hot pan add 1/2 cup water and 1 cup sugar, boil well until 1 string consistency. then add besan flour stir well.
- Add in the melted hot ghee little by little, keep on stirring until the besan mix doesnt stick to the pan.
- Pour it in the greased pan cut it while it is warm. Then only you can able to cut. once it cools down you cant cut.
- Enjoy the delicious mysore palk.
