- Clean fish by washing it with salt and turmeric powder. Cut it to which ever shape you like.
- In a mixi jar take cumin seeds(1 tbsp), garlic pods(5 to 6 pods), curry leaves, coriander leaves, tomatoes(1 no.) and onions(1/4 no.). Grind well.
- Soak the fish in the ground paste with required amount of salt and red chilli powder(2 tbsp).
- Soak for 30 to 40 min.
- Fry in a hot tawa.
