- Slice green leaves thinly.
- Add oil in heated pan, temper red chillies(3), mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and channa dal, let it splutter. then add chopped onions and salt.
- Once the onions turn transparent, add little water and turmeric powder.
- Add Greens little by little, fry until the water appears, cook well.
- Once greens cooked add powdered black pepper and crushed garlic.
- Mix well and serve, enjoy the delicious curry.
