Pastes
1. Ginger+Garlic+Curry leaves+Coriander leaves
2. Coconut+Sompu+Green chillies

Step:1
In oil add sompu, lavangam and patta, paste_1 and onions and tomatoes. Let it cook until the onions and tomatoes become transparent. Let the mixture cool then grind.
Step: 2
In oil add brinjal, let that fry a bit then add the mixture of step1, cook this well.
Step: 3
Once the brinjal cooks 3/4th add coconut mixture(paste_2). Let it cook until the oil separates.
