- Grind (Garlic(6 pods)+Curry leaves+Coriander leaves)+(Onion(1)+Tomato(1)).
- Soak Tamarind and make paste out of it.
- In tamarind paste add (Salt+Turmeric+Chilli powder(home made 3 to 4 tbsp)).
- In kadai, add oil, once the oil heats add fenugreek(1 tsp), mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.
- After mustard seeds splutters add the tamarind juice, let it boil well then add the ground paste, boil well until the gravy thickens to kulambu/pulusu consistency.
- Add in the Fish pieces, close the lid cook until the fish pieces becomes soft(it takes just 5 to 10 min).
