- In pressure cooker, cook Channa dal for 2 whistles. Mean while grind Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic and Curry leaves.
- Add Brinjal to the cooker, add Turmeric powder, salt mix well. Then add the ground paste cook for 2 whistles.
