- Soak Moong Dal for 10 to 15 min.
- Boil the soaked moong dal along with chopped onions(1/2 cup), tomato(1/2), Corriander leaves.
- Once the dal cookes well add the tindora pieces, salt, turmeric powder.
- Once the gravy thickens. Temper it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, channa dal, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Note:
If u want add chilli powder while boiling.
