- In pressure cooker add 3/4 glass channa dal then add 3 glasses water, to that add turmeric powder, green chillies(3), asafoetida pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Once the pressure releases, Add the chopped cabbage, onions, minced garlic, salt. Again pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- After pressure releases, open the lid and add tempering.
