French Fries | Potato wedges

Simple Paneer stir fry


WE NEED:
  • Paneer(cut into blocks)- 100 Gms
  • Capsicum/ Bell pepper(chopped)- 1 no
  • Oil- 2 Tbsp
  • Mustard- 1 tsp
  • Cumin- 1 tsp
  • Chopped Ginger- 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic- 1 Tbsp
  • Onions(chopped)- 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes(chopped)- 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies(chopped)- 2 no
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder/ paprika- 1 Tbsp
  • Curry leaves- handful.
PROCEDURE:
  • In a pan heat oil, add in mustard, cumin and curry leaves.
  • Once the mustard starts to splutter add in onions, ginger, garlic, green chili, let the onions turns little golden brown, add in tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder.
  • Once the tomatoes becomes mushy add in the red chili powder. Mix well and close the lid, cook for 10 minutes.
