WE NEED:
- Paneer(cut into blocks)- 100 Gms
- Capsicum/ Bell pepper(chopped)- 1 no
- Oil- 2 Tbsp
- Mustard- 1 tsp
- Cumin- 1 tsp
- Chopped Ginger- 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Garlic- 1 Tbsp
- Onions(chopped)- 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes(chopped)- 1/4 cup
- Green chilies(chopped)- 2 no
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Red chili powder/ paprika- 1 Tbsp
- Curry leaves- handful.
PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat oil, add in mustard, cumin and curry leaves.
- Once the mustard starts to splutter add in onions, ginger, garlic, green chili, let the onions turns little golden brown, add in tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder.
- Once the tomatoes becomes mushy add in the red chili powder. Mix well and close the lid, cook for 10 minutes.
