  1. Soak Urad dal for 1 hour, grind it to a smooth paste by adding salt to vada consistency,
  2. Deep fry it in oil (little ball shape). It should not change colour, that is the balls should look white.
  3. In a big pan add milk boil it well, add required sugar and cardamom powder. 
  4. Add in the panniyaram balls immediately dipped in hot water to the milk. Soak well and serve.
