- Soak Urad dal for 1 hour, grind it to a smooth paste by adding salt to vada consistency,
- Deep fry it in oil (little ball shape). It should not change colour, that is the balls should look white.
- In a big pan add milk boil it well, add required sugar and cardamom powder.
- Add in the panniyaram balls immediately dipped in hot water to the milk. Soak well and serve.
