Shrimp brinjal and potato pulusu/kuzhambu


  1. In Pan add oil, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and red chillies(2), then add onions, curry leaves, corriander leaves and tomatoes.
  2. Once the tomatoes thicken add brinjal, potatoes add little oil cook until the brinjal and potatoes little soft.
  3. Then add shrimp mix well and add tamarind juice.
  4. Boil well until the tamarind juice thickens. Enjoy the tasty kuzhambu.
