- In Pan add oil, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and red chillies(2), then add onions, curry leaves, corriander leaves and tomatoes.
- Once the tomatoes thicken add brinjal, potatoes add little oil cook until the brinjal and potatoes little soft.
- Then add shrimp mix well and add tamarind juice.
- Boil well until the tamarind juice thickens. Enjoy the tasty kuzhambu.
