- Soak mochakottai(1 cup) in water previous night
- Next Day pressure cook the mochakottai for 2 whistles.
- Then add onion, tomatoes, curry leaves, corriander leaves, Brinjal(Square shape), turmeric powder, curry powder and red chilli powder and required salt.
- Boil it well by adding tamarind juice.
- Lastly temper it with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Tasty mochai kuzhambu is ready to serve. Enjoy
