Mochakottai Kuzhambu/ field beans tamarind curry/ Alasamdhala Pulusu


  1. Soak mochakottai(1 cup) in water previous night
  2. Next Day pressure cook the mochakottai for 2 whistles.
  3. Then add onion, tomatoes, curry leaves, corriander leaves, Brinjal(Square shape), turmeric powder, curry powder and red chilli powder and required salt.
  4. Boil it well by adding tamarind juice.
  5. Lastly temper it with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  6. Tasty mochai kuzhambu is ready to serve. Enjoy
