- Pressure cook Chana dal, cumin seeds, garlic and turmeric for 2 to 3 whistles.
- Chop kale leaves add them to pressure cooked channa dal and add chopped onions, salt.
- Once the leaves cooked well, temper it with mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds and red chillies.
