WE NEED:
- Rice flour- 1 cup
- Urad dal- 1/4 cup
- Cardamom-2 pods
- Salt a pinch
- Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
- Jaggery- 1/2 cup
- Water to mix dough
- Oil- To deep fry
PROCEDURE:
- Make Rice flour and dry roast it for 3 minutes.
- Dry roast the urad dal and grind it with ilaichi.
- Mix Rice flour, urad dal powder, sesame seeds, little bit salt with jaggery water. Make it like chapati dough.
- Make it into small balls and deep fry it.
- Enjoy the seedai.
