Ravva Dosai | Semolina Pancake | Ravva Dosa

WE NEED:
  • Ravva/ Semolina- 1 cup
  • Maida- 1/2 cup
  • Leftover sour idly batter- 2 cups
  • Onions(finely chopped)- 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies(finely chopped)- 1/2 cup
  • Cumin- 1 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves- hanful
  • Coriander leaves- hanful
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to make batter runny
Preparation
  • Mix all these ingredients to make a dosai like batter. It shouldn't be too thick or too watery. Set it aside for 30 min.
  • Heat the griddle, pour the batter to make circle shape. Let it roast well for a minute and flip the dosai. let it roast for another 35 to 40 seconds then take it out from the stove. Tasty Ravva Dosai is ready. you can have it with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
