Ingredients
- Tomatoes(chopped)- 1 cup
- Onions(chopped)- 1/2 cup
- Red chilies/ Green chilies- 2 no.
- Salt to taste
For Tempering
- Oil- 1 Tbsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Urad dal- 1 tsp
- Chana dal- 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
- Curry leaves- Hand full
Preparation
- Grind tomatoes, onions, red chillies along with salt.
- Heat a pan, add in oil, mustard seeds, cumin, urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves, let the mustard and curry leaves splutter, add in the blended paste.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until the bubbles forms in the chutney.
