The Diwali Day(Nombu/Nomu)

On the actual diwali day, we have kedhara gowri viratham(nombu/nomu), we won't eat any thing from morning until the pooja is done(evening). That day, we take head bath in the morning, then will start cooking, The menu for diwali day is: Beans stir fry , Urlakazzhangu fry(urlagadda fry/potato stir fry)/vazhakai fry(Aratikaya fry/raw banana stir fry), Mango Pachadi, Sambar(okra & brinjal), 21 Athirasam/nippatlu, 21 Vada, 21 Soyyam/sugilu, Rice Payasam(i made it for my husband).
