Godhuma dosa | Godhuma Dosai | Wheat dosa


WE NEED:
  • Wheat Flour- 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Onions(finely chopped)- 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves- handful
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  • Oil to drizzle on dosas
PROCEDURE:
  • Mix all these ingredients to make a dosai like batter. It shouldn't be too thick or too watery. Set it aside for 20 min.
  • Heat the griddle, pour the batter around the corner of the griddle, so the batters makes it to center like dosa. Drizzle in a tsp of oil in the edges of the dosa. Let it roast well for a minute and flip the dosa. 
  • Let it roast for another 10 to 20 seconds then take it out from the stove. Tasty Godhumai dosa is ready. You can have dosas with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
