Ragi adai


  1. Mix Ragi flour,(1 cup) Salt, Drumstick Leaves(1 fist full), Chopped onions(1 fist full) with required amount of water. It neither should be not watery like dosa batter nor like chapathi flour, the flour should stick to the hand.
  2. Place a wet cloth and place the batter on the cloth, spread equally and place it on tawa.
  3. Spread oil and roast the adai. Enjoy the delicious adai.
  4. It can take with Jaggery.
