Ingredients
Paneer- 200gms

Turmeric powder- pinch
Red chilli powder & Corriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder & Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
Cloves- 3 to 4
Fennel Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Lemon- 1/2
Curry Leaves- 8 to 10

Marination
Marinate Paneer cubes with 1 tsp curd, lemon, 1/4 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste and all the spice powders a pinch along with little salt.
Preparation
Once the tomatoes becomes mushy add cashews and curd. Let this cook for some time. Then Switch off the flame. Let it cool for some time. Once the mixture cool down. Make it into a fine paste and set aside.
In the same pan add remaining butter and add the remaining onions and the marinated paneer. Let it cook until the paneer changes its color to light brown then add the cooked tomato paste.
Mix well and close the lid, stir occasionally. Once the oil separates from the mixture then it is the identity that our Butter paneer is ready. You can have this tasty Butter paneer with chapati.
