Vazhakai Fry/ Aratikaya Fry/ Raw Banana Fry


  1. Cut raw banana into circle shaped. 
  2. Mix raw banana, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and some water. Cook it until the banana cooks. Then add little lemon or tamarind paste(1 tbsp is enough).
  3. In a hot pan, add 4 tbsp oil temper it then add the boiled mixture. Cook well until the gravy sticks to the banana and turns red.
  4. Enjoy the delicious fry. 

Note:
1. You can add ground ginger and garlic paste along with fennel seeds to the mixture during boiling.
