French Fries | Potato wedges

Ragi Halwa

WE NEED:
  • Ragi flour- 2 Cups
  • Jaggery- 1 Cup
  • Water- 3/4 Cup
  • Ghee- 3 Tbsp
  • Oil- 2 Tbsp
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts- 4 to 5 num.
PROCEDURE:
  1. In hot water add jaggery, let it soak well then make it watery and pinch salt and cardamom powder.
  2. Mix Ragi flour with Jaggery water.
  3. This Batter should be not loose nor thick. 
  4. Take hot pan add ghee roast cashews then add oil, once the oil heats add the ragi batter to it.
  5. Stir continuously until the batter becomes non sticky and puttu like consistency. The Halwa should not stick to hands.
  6. Enjoy the tasty and healthy halwa.
