Oats Dosa


WE NEED:
  • Oats- 1 Cup
  • Semolina/ Ravva- 1/2 Cup
  • Rice Flour- 1/2 Cup
  • Wheat Flour- 1/2 Cup
  • Onions(chopped)- 1/2 Cup
  • Green chilies(chopped)- 1 Tbsp
  • Ginger(chopped)- 1 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 
PROCEDURE:
  1. Grind 1 cup oats to a coarse powder. (If u want u can directly add the whole oats).
  2. Mix oats with ravva, rice flour, wheat flour.
  3. Chop onions, green chillies, ginger to small pieces. Mix them to the above flour by adding required salt and water.
  4. Take hot tawa, pour a laddle full of batter around the tawa first then in the middle(like ravva dosa). 
  5. Let the dosa turns brownish color at the bottom then flip the dosa. Enjoy the delicious instant oats dosa.
