WE NEED:
- Oats- 1 Cup
- Semolina/ Ravva- 1/2 Cup
- Rice Flour- 1/2 Cup
- Wheat Flour- 1/2 Cup
- Onions(chopped)- 1/2 Cup
- Green chilies(chopped)- 1 Tbsp
- Ginger(chopped)- 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water
PROCEDURE:
- Grind 1 cup oats to a coarse powder. (If u want u can directly add the whole oats).
- Mix oats with ravva, rice flour, wheat flour.
- Chop onions, green chillies, ginger to small pieces. Mix them to the above flour by adding required salt and water.
- Take hot tawa, pour a laddle full of batter around the tawa first then in the middle(like ravva dosa).
- Let the dosa turns brownish color at the bottom then flip the dosa. Enjoy the delicious instant oats dosa.
