French Fries | Potato wedges

  1. Soak small ball of tamarind in hot water. 
  2. Cut half tomato into pieces.
  3. Grind (Cumin seeds+ Black pepper+ 2 Red chillies+ Garlic(2)+ tomato).
  4. Make soaked tamarind to juice then add ground paste to it adding salt and little coriander leaves.
  5. Boil the mixed juice then temper it.
