Mochakottai Deep Fry

Previous Day:
  1. Soak Mochakottai the previous day. (Max 8hrs).
The Other Day:
  1. Pressure cook the mochakottai in water(water upto the mochakottai desolves) for 2 whistles by adding salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Drain the water once the pressure releases.
  3. In a pan add oil(5tbsp) and crushed sompu(1 tbsp), let it splutter.
  4. Add little salt, turmeric powder(1tbsp) and turmeric powder. Give it a good mix add the boiled mochakottai. Deep fry it the oil.
  5. Serve it with Sambar, Rasam, or Korma.
