Green Leaves Pepper Gravy


  1. Slice green leaves thinly.
  2. Add oil in heated pan, temper red chillies(3), mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and channa dal, let it splutter. then add chopped onions and salt.
  3. Once the onions turn transparent, add little water and turmeric powder.
  4. Add Greens little by little, fry until the water appears, cook well.
  5. Once greens cooked add powdered black pepper and crushed garlic.
  6. Mix well and serve, enjoy the delicious curry.
