Carrot pachadi


  1. Take oil in a pan, add mustard seeds(1tsp), Cumin seeds(1 tbsp), Red chillies(10), Carrot pieces(4 Whole carrots cut into inch sized pieces). 
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder. 
  3. Fry it well until the carrot cooks. 
  4. Grind the carrot mixture once it cools.
  5. Temper the ground mixture with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, channa dal and curry leaves.
  6. Enjoy the delicious Carrot PAchadi.
