- Take oil in a pan, add mustard seeds(1tsp), Cumin seeds(1 tbsp), Red chillies(10), Carrot pieces(4 Whole carrots cut into inch sized pieces).
- Add salt and turmeric powder.
- Fry it well until the carrot cooks.
- Grind the carrot mixture once it cools.
- Temper the ground mixture with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, channa dal and curry leaves.
- Enjoy the delicious Carrot PAchadi.
