Ingredients
- Tindora/ Dhondakaya(chopped round)- 1/2 kg
- Onions(chopped)- 1/2 cup
- Oil- 2 Tbsp
For tempering:
- (Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves)- 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder- pinch
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin. Add onions, salt, turmeric and stir well, then add red chili powder and coriander powder.
- Add chopped tindora, mix well and cook until oil starts to separate, stir in between.
Must try tindora stir fry will be ready, it taste awesome with sambar rice/ rasam.
