Perugu pachadi/ Raita for Rice



Ingredients


Tomatoes- 1
Curd- 1 cup
Onions- 1
Red chillies- 2(small)
Salt to taste
Turmeric- pinch
Hing- pinch



For Tempering

Oil- 2tsp
Mixture of mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds - 1 tsp

curry leaves- 5

Preparation


Heat a pan and add 2 tsp of oil then add items listed under 'For Tempering'. Add turmeric powder and hing to the temping and add it to curd.
