Ingredients
- Lemon- 1(Big)
- Rice- 3/4 glass
- Salt to taste
For Tempering
- Oil- 3tsp
- Mixture of (mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds) - 3 tsp
- Peanuts/ Ground nuts- 1/2 cup
- Hing- 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
- Curry leaves- 5
- Red chillies- 2(small)
Preparation
- Cook rice, and spread it in a plate to let it cool. After the rice comes to the room temperature add lemon and salt. Mix well and set it aside.
