Kothimira pachadi | Coriander chutney

Ingredients

  • Coriander leaves/ Parsley- 2 to 3 bunches
  • Raw Coconut/ Shredded Coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Garlic- 3 to 4 pods
  • Onions(Chopped)- 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes(Chopped)-1/2 cup
  • Red chillies- 3 no.
  • Oil- 1 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Preparation
  • Heat pan and add oil, add in coconut slices, garlic and red chillies fry them for 2 minutes, then add onions, tomatoes, turmeric and salt.
  • Cook these until it becomes mushy. then add chopped coriander leaves and cook it until the leaves become half of it size.
  • Let it come to room temperature, then blend it in blender.
