Ingredients
- Coriander leaves/ Parsley- 2 to 3 bunches
- Raw Coconut/ Shredded Coconut- 1/2 cup
- Garlic- 3 to 4 pods
- Onions(Chopped)- 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes(Chopped)-1/2 cup
- Red chillies- 3 no.
- Oil- 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Preparation
- Heat pan and add oil, add in coconut slices, garlic and red chillies fry them for 2 minutes, then add onions, tomatoes, turmeric and salt.
- Cook these until it becomes mushy. then add chopped coriander leaves and cook it until the leaves become half of it size.
