Ingredients
Besan/ Senaga Pindi/ Kadala maavu- 2 Cups
Sugar(Powdered)- 1 cup
Ghee- 7 tbsp
Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp
Mixed Dry Fruits powder- To taste
Procedure
Place kadai/pan add 6 tbsp of ghee, once heated add besan, mix it well, keep on stirring (Besan should not form lumps) until the starts to appear. It will take about 20 min, don't stop stirring, if you neglet the besan can easily burnt.
When the ghee starts to appear, transfer the mixture into a separate plate, add Sugar, Cardamom powder, dry fruits powder and 2 tbsp of ghee, the mixture will be hot, be carefull while mixing with hands, the besan mixture will form into a dough. separate the mixture into equal portions and make circle shaped balls. Top with dry fruits of your taste.
